Refund policy

In the rare event that any items in your kit are damaged during transit, we will replace them for you. Contact the FLOE Team at hello@floefit.com, providing pictures and a description of the damaged items. We'll promptly respond with the next steps to issue your replacement. 

Our FLOE Gym products are backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. FLOE ensures that, for this duration, the products will be free from material defects, errors, or omissions in design, materials, and workmanship. In case of any issues, we'll either rectify or replace the product within a reasonable period. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for administration and shipping expenses if a returned product complies with applicable warranties.
